The School of Education and Liberal Arts would like to congratulate Dr. Darunee Boonkrong, a lecturer in the Bachelor of Arts Program in Chinese, on the completion of her doctorate degree in D.Lit. in Chinese Literature (Overseas Hua Yu and Chinese Language and Culture Teaching) from Jinan University, People’s Republic of China.

Jinan University (暨南大学) is located in Guangzhou (广州), the capital of Guangdong Province (广东) and the third-largest city in China. Renowned both in China and internationally, it offers a wide range of programs. The university was established by the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Education, and the Guangdong Provincial Government. It is also a key university in the national “211” and “Double First Class” projects.
